We provide our clients with access to the Zeus Electronics web site client area, where means for project performance control can be found. Thus, one can view the task list, allocated resources and progress at any time. We have regular meetings, where we settle different issues with our clients and sum up the results of our work.

Each project is coordinated by a dedicated project manager, being responsible for the requirements analysis and overall project progress. Successful results are a product of sound project management, methodical tracking and detailed reporting of activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Zeus Electronics proposes:

Flexible Contract Options – Fixed Price (for customers with clearly defined requirements), Time and Materials (for customers with projects in the process being defined), or a hybrid (Time and Materials is used during the architecture and spec being defined and afterwards a Fixed Price is used for implementation).

Secure Development Facilities – Security for all project data are provided by the latest security technologies and are backed up on regular basis.
